I fully understand and agree that my participation in the Marine Industries Association of the Treasure Coast Christmas Boat Parade is voluntary and at my own risk. I hereby certify that there exist full liability and property damage, and personal injury insurance on the vessel being entered in the parade. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Marine Industries Association of the Treasure Coast, its Board of Directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, the Department of Transportation, and all cities and municipalities along the parade route; for any personal injury or property damage which I, my vessel, or passengers may cause in any way or which may be occasioned to me, my passengers, or to my vessel as a result of my parade participation. Additionally, I hereby grant full consent to the co-producers for the free use of my picture or name in any broadcast, telecast, or other account of the events of the parade.
